Welcome to Mercer County Single Volunteers. We are a not-for-profit organization of professional single people who want to meet others while volunteering around Mercer County. So... if you've tried the bars and clubs, and haven't found what you were looking for... not at the gym or health club either... how about a change of pace?

Single Volunteers was started in Vermont in 1996 by Anne Lusk. After some research she realized that the available methods for meeting singles were bars, dating services, blind dates and personals. Along with others, she shared a desire for an alternative way to meet other singles and the idea for a singles volunteer group developed.
